The double sided design sets it apart from most other flash drives. The body is metal and strong, but the flip end caps tilt a bit and interfere with insertion. They are held in place with a magnet on the USB-A side and a small clamping ball on the USB-C side. Tested on 10Gbps and 5Gbps ports with M1 Mac and CalDigit TS3 Dock. The declared read/write speeds are 520MB/s/450MB/s. In practice, when using a 10Gb/s port, the read speeds were very similar (mostly around 510MB/s), but the write speeds never matched 350MB/s, let alone 450MB/s. It's not slow, 330MB/s is great for small files, but if you're looking for maximum performance then this isn't the drive for you. If you're using a 5Gbps port, expect around 300MB/s reading and writing. The price is reasonable for a decently capable dual slot SSD. Deducting a star for the slightly dangling end caps and the somewhat disappointing writing speed. 4/5 stars. Solid little drive.
