I bought a set of these bowls to replace the set of homemade styrofoam bowls my mom used to make homemade donuts. They are easy to wash and store without taking up too much space. They're great for making decorated cookies and any application where you cut out the dough and then move it through multiple steps that require drying/rising etc. Things don't really stick to the tray due to the expected ridges/small patterns found on every canteen tray. I think it was a good buy for the price. My only regret is that I could have used something bigger. They only fit 6-8 items (cookies, donuts) at a time without overlapping. However, having a dozen trays certainly helps.
