The back cushions are exactly as shown in the pictures in the product description. Except that the actual dimensions are slightly smaller than the specs listed. The scratch head is about 1.5 inches wide, not 1.77 inches, and when the device is fully extended, it was about 0.5 inches shorter than the advertised 23 inches. Although not a critical factor, it is necessary to ensure accurate measurements. The metal scraper segment is well designed and should be strong if not abused. The tines/fingers are a bit flimsy but don't seem to sag easily. The telescopic segments have an excellent fit. It remained fully stretchable during use. Hopefully this high friction will be a long lasting aspect of the product. Attached are photos showing actual images of a set of two back scratchers, with a ruler for size reference. I've shown different angles of the scrapers to show the design and construction. At the current price of $7, including a 30% discount, the 2-pack back scraper is a very good deal. Based on these experiences and values, this product group is rated 4.5+ stars with a high recommendation.
