The product worked fine on days 1-15. It has control issues and is extremely sensitive to touch. I had to take a break from work and couldn't go to the gym/exercise for another 16 days. I made sure the case was charged, but found that the charging port for the left earbud wasn't charging, meaning the left earbud wasn't working. I contacted support and was not refunded, but was referred to the manufacturer for warranty and was not contacted within a reasonable time. Revain got it right and I appreciate their exceptional customer service. However, I am disappointed in the manufacturer, I believe if they fix the current issues with the device, increase auto-pairing, work on more volumes and improve customer support, they can be the industry leader. I'm just glad I was able to get another brand that I trust and I hope to give the Tagobee brand another chance in a few years once the bugs are ironed out.
