This thing burns my eyes.
I use this to clean my lashes before lifting, tinting and lengthening. I understand it's a shampoo, but if they can make a tear-free pet or baby shampoo, why can't they make this tear-free one, especially since it's used on the eyes? It pinches a lot. And you need to apply it to your lashes with a short brush, which will ensure some of the product gets into your eyes. And the fact that the customer was seated didn't help much.
