It makes it easy to create new topics, assign them to me/my teammates or add content authors when I share with my team members! Great app for keeping work related documentation in one place - but what would be even better is if you could link directly from your JIRA issue tracker into those documents (like comments).

So far we haven't noticed any downsides using this tool yet so great product overall!! Take some time experimenting how best will fit within their workflow as there are two ways you can use note stack; either by adding an individual user account per member who wants access OR having teams login via LDAP which allows all users across multiple orgs at once to have full file system permissions without creating duplicate accounts eeexxxxrxxxxx. We're solving our document management needs since beforeNote Stack was around our business had been struggling too much managing and maintaining internal docs especially regarding project issues, tasks etc.
