I returned my first item because the touch sensor wasn't working most of the time. The new product they gave me has a slightly different voice (more European alto than Asian soprano) and works better so far. If you're buying it for noise-cancelling, you're getting the wrong thing. I got them because my wife likes to talk a lot and I was disappointed that I had to take off my headphones to hear them. With them I can switch on with less stress and we are both much happier. I hope that this pair will not have any problems with the touch sensor. The first couple died 2 days later. I'll try to update this if it comes up again, but so far so good. ---Update-- So I bought a second pair of these hoping the defective unit was an accident. First pair to arrive were dead on arrival. Won't charge or turn on - nothing. So I sent it back and got a replacement. This charged well and even connected to my wife's phone. She could listen to music while gardening. However, the touch sensor already stopped working. I was concerned about this as the strength of the voice was an Asian soprano accent - the same sound I got with my first pair of broken headphones. So, 3 out of 4 experiences were bad. I had to lower my rating due to serious quality issues. I get complaints from people who call me that they can't hear me well so I'm not sure if that's the case but it could be. There is no contact information in the literature that comes with the headphones, so I'm really not sure if there's a way to get a quality result. Further update. After a little over 2 months of random use, my headset died. It doesn't turn on. The button does not respond, although loading was possible. dead in the water If I could give 0 stars I would.
