Review on AnnaLisa Hypoallergenic Absorbing Cleanser - 240-Piece by Tanya Smith

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I found the best the best in tools and accessories

In recent years, the quality of cotton pads has deteriorated greatly. I've used Swispers, Ulta, Sally and a few others. They all tear and drop pieces on the carpet. Apparently, these companies have decided that it is better to reduce quality than increase price. I ordered AnnaLisa cotton pads from Revain and am very glad I found them. They don't rip, they don't rip, and I don't have to rip pieces out of the bathroom rugs. I use them every day for toner and occasionally for nail polish remover. They are amazing. I have ordered several more packs. UPDATE June 2020. These are still the best cotton circles I've found. However, the way they are assembled has changed. If you look at the pictures you can see that it looks like sewing the edge of cotton circles. They're not (I think they're probably stamped somehow) but the end result is neat edges. The last packs I ordered are not made this way. There is no "sewing" around the edges, so the circles tend to bunch up and separate the layers. I put them in a clear jar on the counter and it's hard to separate them. Again, the quality of the product is good, but something has changed in the production process. I'm afraid this will eventually reduce the quality, but for now I'll keep buying them.
