QC problem in packaging?

I'll start by saying I really like this quilt set and the workmanship of the product is just superb. Looks great on the bed… blah blah blah. However... right out of the box there were a few smudges on the bed surround. It's okay... I'll wash everything anyway. Well... the stains stayed even after the pre-treatment. After reading the comments on other Waverly products, I have noticed that this repeats itself. So...the folks at Waverly...if you want customers to be loyal, you need to fix that. Your products are beautiful, but nobody wants new linens with stubborn stains on them.
