The product arrived with a manufacturing defect. There are several areas where there are additional currents and fuzzing. I ended up cutting my hair and bringing them a lighter to clean it up. I'm not sure if any of this will lead to untangling. An area where the stitching went through and then separated leaving holes. I bought 12-18 months. Since this item will not be used for a long period of time, this is acceptable.
