Review on Nikon Coolpix 990 Digital Optical by Michael Gonzales

Wait. YOU DON'T HAVE THIS CAMERA YET!?! What are you waiting for? I bought the 990 when it first became available on Revain.com in July. I've used it for everything. I take it on mountain bike rides, take it to the beach, use it for action sports, portraits and more. I also like to take films with me. They are very easy to load into Premiere to add special effects. This camera has options and features designed for use in any environment. However, make sure you have version 1.1 of the software installed. In version 1.0 I was DEAD waiting for the camera to save all the pictures taken in burst mode. This is one of my favorite modes, especially in soccer games. But in version 1.1, the camera is ready to take more shots as soon as you let go of the shutter button. This fix makes the camera as perfect as it gets! I bought a 2x telephoto lens. OH MY GOODNESS. This lens is incredible. I think that with this lens the images are even HONEST. It amazes me. A 3x telephoto lens is now available and I have no doubt that it will exceed my expectations. I also bought a remote shutter release which adds extra functionality to the camera like time lapse photography! Cool for sunset/dawn. Even if you think that the rotation function of this camera will cause problems. DO NOT DO IT. That's the nicest thing and one of the main reasons why I chose this particular camera and not Olympus. Why didn't you click the Buy Now button? Hurry up!
