Never heard of Lamicoll. I bought their desktop mount for my Ipad 5 mini. The surprise was the very high quality of this thing. They make many similar mounts for phones and tablets. The device reeks of design perfection. I modified it a bit by attaching a thin 6x6 inch wooden base to the base and double gluing to it. I wanted to surf the internet in bed. Now I can read the news in bed on my side, and the iPad won. They don't tip over. Good. They even protect your iPad from touching the metal of the mount by cushioning it. attention to detail. I don't know where Lamicall is made. Probably Japan.
