I love this ceramide spray on my body. It moisturizes and nourishes. I prefer other products from this brand because I can't use them on my face as they feed the yeast on my forehead which leads to a few fungus pimples in a little over a night. But that's very specific to me. Overall a good product but not a must have for me. If you want hydration, their Hyaluronic Acid Serum is the BEST. And it works just as well as more expensive serums. It really helped my skin!
