I bought these for a casserole dish for my large toaster and halogen oven. Baked fries, ready-made pancakes, etc. I've also used it as a plate to reheat leftovers. A stainless steel plate heats up much faster and more evenly than a household ceramic plate. I might as well roast chicken or beef in it. They look very good except one of the plates had a small dent in the middle otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.
