I used lavender hardwax but I'm sure they removed it as there were so many bad reviews. I loved lavender wax and even prefer it to Cirepil. I've never had a problem with it melting or looking lumpy. You should turn the heat to medium and let it sit for a bit, or just increase the heat and stir. He collects a lot of hair for me and my shop specializes in women of color with thick hair. I now use a hard honey wax which I like almost as much as the lavender wax. The only thing I don't like is that it takes a little longer to cool than other hard waxes. All in all a great product and I will be ordering another bag soon. :) If you know what you're doing, you shouldn't have any problems with this product.
