Unreliable and outdated memory reader

I recently purchased a memory card reader for my computer, hoping to quickly transfer files without any hiccups. Unfortunately, after multiple attempts, the reader failed to recognize my memory card. Based on my observations, this product is outdated and unreliable for use with modern computers.
