Used or needed so often that I have to say I can't keep up and am buying another one. My 13 month old baby has teething teeth and THIS item is in high demand right now. My recommendation is don't even wait. I wish I had found this sooner. Once that horrible high-pitched scream and accompanying salivation has developed, you'll be grateful to just pull it out of the drawer and surprise him/her with it for the first time.
