Have been using it almost daily for the past 6 months. I also stopped smoking at that time. I also brushed my teeth when I quit smoking. I just had my next 6 month cleanse and my hygienist was blown away! She didn't need much cleaning (like three quick scratches), she was done fairly quickly. Aside from quitting smoking, that's the only thing I've done differently. And I'm not that obsessed with oral care products, just grooming is enough. This material quickly blows everything away with every use. The difference can literally be felt, even in a quick, furious late brushing. Boom! Did. And yes, at first glance it looks like it brightens up nicely, it's wonderful, but it can do so much more! Xylitol in combination with activated charcoal completely destroys plaque. And the addition of cloves is brilliant on multiple levels. It's just a great formula. Unfortunately, the mess and extra cleaning time that come with using it are a hindrance, but you'll learn to adapt. Just customize! It's worth it! I love everything about this toothpaste and hope they keep making it!
