I'm 6ft 2in, 190lbs, thin neck and long arms. I wear a 42l jacket. I ordered this shirt in 16-16.5/36-37. There are many different opinions on the fit in other reviews and after wearing this shirt I can understand why. This shirt doesn't feel like a true "skinny fit". Designed as a slim fit bodybuilder shirt. The shoulders are broad and the armpits are roomy, but it definitely didn't feel baggy to me. For me it will work like a shirt but I would find it more comfortable to wear it under a fitted blazer. Aside from the fit the quality is very good and the price couldn't be better.
