Does it smell like citronella? Shocked it works!

My wild one eyed scared baby loves this thing and is so much more snuggly! Now she is mostly tolerant of her 1 year old siblings and our 15 year old tomcat and has a safe and quiet smelling hideaway. (Rather than squeaking and hissing and attacking from time to time) The jury's still out on peeing less, but I'm quite content with less horror no matter what.
