Excellent vest. It's lightweight, comfortable and durable. To top it off, it looks good too! The zip and pockets are of good quality and everything holds up well after a few months of use. The only issue I have is that the pen pocket is a little short and is on the right side of my chest. My interactive sharpie markers don't stick very well unless they're in the larger open portion of the pouch. To be fair, these highlighters are very high. I'm embarrassed being right handed and trying to remove the grips etc from the right side of my chest. But I think it might be preferable, so no star is deducted for that. Size: I wear 2 shirts and so far this has been great with regular/long sleeve shirts and a raincoat. UPDATE 4-2016 I've had the vest for seven months now and for the most part it's held up pretty well at five days a week. The only problem I had was the grommets on both front pockets came out. I don't pull flags in my work like some do, no problem for me, but still a star deduction. All velcro and zippers still work great.
