The ability for our team of account managers/directors in different offices around Australia (and New Zealand) all work from one system so it's easy when we have questions or issues! It also allows us as leaders at each site level who are not always physically present together still be able reach out quickly via video call if required - which saves time over having everyone meet up somewhere else just because they need help now & then!! Nothing really but I guess this could improve further by adding more features such as chat functionality between users etc? We love how quick responses can come back within minutes sometimes even seconds depending upon where you're located geographically compared to other colleagues working remotely elsewhere.
