False performance advertisement

This product looks like the pictures but there is no bluetooth function. The lamp does not switch between different light temperatures as stated in the description, but only has a colder light setting. The cables from the fan that plug into the remote adapter have a different connector type than the remote adapter, so they will not fit properly into the adapter. The instructions were very general and did not properly describe the cables coming from the fan and how they connect to the adapter. I may have been sent a different remote control adapter than the one advertised, hence the problems. After spending the amount of money this fan is worth I would expect a much better product with the right parts that work as advertised.
