My husband got this as a gift and has worn it to church once a week for a few hours since late January. Today, March 8th, the buckle broke. The buckle appears to be attached with just a very small screw. The return window is of course closed. I contacted the seller to see if they lived up to their claim of 100% customer satisfaction. TO UPDATE; I contacted the seller and he answered my questions within 3 hours and issued a replacement strap. even though the gate was closed. I think this customer service is top notch! Have to wait to change star rating to see if replacement holds up.
