Overall the bottle itself is fantastic. But don't buy this bottle expecting to use existing caps. The bottle doesn't have a straw cap, which is important to me when it's by my bed at night so I don't have to pick it up. random caps (they all worked on my hydroflask and all other stainless steel flasks I've had), but they don't work on this flask. Yes they continue but you can tell the thread is wrong. It's a very tight twist as the threads don't line up, causing a leak if the bottle is tipped over. It also makes it incredibly difficult to remove the lid. I bought this for my wife and she always needs my help to remove the cap because it is very tight. She has to use a screwdriver as a lever to open them when I'm not around. Pretty annoying. I would order their straw cap but I think I will have the exact same problem as the caps that this bottle came with have the exact same problem. I have no idea why they don't use standard threads in the bottle and then continue not to adapt the threads to their own caps. I regret the purchase but am too lazy to send it back. I gave more than 1 star because the quality of the bottle is fantastic and keeps the water cold for a long time. My wife puts ice in it at night before bed and the next day/night it still has ice in it. So it insulates very well. All in all I recommend buying another bottle until the thread is fixed (I've seen a lot of reviews here with the same issue so I don't think it's a defect).
