Money to nowhere, poor quality of the goods.

Turning to the manufacturer, I want to add that you still expect a higher level of quality and a more respectful attitude towards the customer when purchasing a device that costs close to $18,000. I want the merchandise replaced; I don't want a return because I liked the model. I hope you'll take note of my suggestions. I'm grateful.

Pros

purchased the chair a short while ago. The chair is ergonomic and comfy, and it is obvious that everything was carefully considered, but I will discuss the "disadvantages" in more detail below. Basically, the products were given to me as part of our marriage.

Cons

A few issues surfaced once the chair was put together. The back of the chair is curved along one of the axes. 2 - The crosspiece and handrails both have abrasions and dotted paint. 3 - During installation, one of the decorative pieces (overlay on the railing) broke because its legs were partially shattered and was first damaged. 4. The fabric also caused concerns because there were bald areas and protruding threads in certain places (evidence shown in the photograph).
