Amazing Customer Service Software for small Businesses
I love how easy it is to use, once you get used with all functions this software makes running your business much easier! We have been using paretium experience since we opened our doors in 2014 now almost 3 years later not one thing has changed from when i first started working here as an intern at least (we had nothing better) so far they are amazing keep up what u doing great work!! It's very simple yet powerful product which helps us manage every aspect about customer service or any other department without having multiple softwares open simultaneously.
Pros
- This allows me more time managing things efficiently rather than wasting hours trying figure out if something was made wrong somewhere else because there were too many programs being run throughout various departments such as accounting & shipping both independently but
