Arrived in excellent condition, I really like them, they have three very nice color options and several different patterns. They fit perfectly into my niche around my family dashboard. They definitely affect battery life, regular AA batteries only last a day, max 2 with a 6 hour timer (6 hours on and 18 hours off) but rechargeable batteries need to be changed every 4 or 5 days. The biggest issue I've had with this and another set I've bought is that after about a month of use the timer function just does what it wants. I can no longer set it up for the white light option on the timer and it gets stuck. You should be able to select one of the light modes and then press the timer button to set it to turn off after 6 hours and back on again after 18 hours. But now when I press the timer button it starts one of the patterns then I reset it to no pattern and everything is fine but the next day when it turns back on it's a random pattern. You have to throw that every day. For example, I turn on a white light and timer for 6 hours and tomorrow when it turns on, a pulsing pattern of alternating light colors and white. I don't know why or how to fix it so I just reset it every day.
