They all draw about 15 watts. In fact, that's a lot for an LED lamp. A 100W LED bulb consumes only 15W and can light up a living room. They're much dimmer, over- and under-focused, and have confusing controls.5. Eventually, for some reason, an arc of faint red LED light emerges from something inside. It falls outside of the range of the two high beams, I think it's an LED on a cheap control board they used. It's super crappy and just SHOUTS lazy cheap TL:DR. Don't buy them. They're cheap crap and you get what you pay for. The set I bought will never fit in any of my cars, rest assured.
