Carefully packaged and arrived in perfect condition. The instructions were simple and it took 0.3 seconds to install. It works great with my iPad Air, it doesn't feel cheap or out of place at all. The color-changing keyboard is fun, and the backlight is perfect for dark rooms. The case has a magnetic closure so it's easy to open but stays closed when you need it. All in all a great buy for a lot less than a real Apple keyboard. The only downside I would like to point out is that the cable that comes with the keyboard charging kit is only 5 inches long and Android. But if you have Android phones at home, you can easily use this cable. I don't have androids and that's the only reason I'm saying it's a downside, but it doesn't matter.
