Many blue light goggles have an amber tint, but fortunately this is not the case. I have four other pairs of readers from this manufacturer that do not block blue light and they were amazingly clear for such a cheap reader. This batch wasn't as consistent and one pair seemed to blur more than it enhanced. I'm still on the fence with the pair I'm using now. Whatever coating they use, they tire the eyes more than they prevent it. Or maybe my eyes are already too strained after many hours in front of the screen.
