Good first: The mask is incredibly soft. I have very sensitive skin and lots of local allergies and haven't had any problems. I didn't feel any lash resistance in my eyes! They are definitely good at blocking light. Round headphones are also comfortable. I ordered them because I sleep on my side and they stayed comfortable all night. The sound quality is good. Here's what needs improvement: The mask is huge. You can see it almost covers my nose! This is a soft padded seat that reduces pressure on the face. It definitely works, but I've found I've had to set it up a few times and will probably have to do this until I find the right spot. Headphones do not block out room noise well. They're also not adjustable, so they don't quite fit my ears. I still recommend this (especially if you have a big face!) for side sleepers who need a comfortable eye mask. The back is adjustable with Velcro. I recommend getting the hair in position and then attaching the ribbon to the underside of the skull while you pull the mask in place. If you're worried about your nose being touched, look elsewhere.
