Review on Incorporate Fast by David Dreher

I like how easy they make incorporation process for new entrepreneurs who are just setting up their businesses but don't have much experience in legal matters. They made me feel comfortable at first meeting because my questions were answered very well by our consultant and everything went smooth from there. Their customer support team helped us through all the processes we needed help during incorporating stage (filing papers etc). We didn’t really come across anything bad about them so far as long as you work closely with your account manager or lawyer/consultant assigned after signing contract agreement. Some paperwork was not available when i signed document which required additional fees since they had no paper copies yet. But this can be resolved if both parties agree to pay extra fee upfront before going live business. Our small accounting department need assistance fast!
