Headphones stopped working in the middle of use after 6 uses, no more than 3 hours total use. Won't charge, won't turn on, dead. Let's figure out how to replace it or get a refund. UPDATE: Changed from 1 star to 3 stars because Jabra is sending a replacement. This included several emails to their support team and they sent a new one about a week later. Painless. In the meantime, I tried charging the headphones and turning them on. I've tried using an Apple adapter, a Revain adapter, connecting to a laptop, desktop, and finally a USB hub. The USB hub finally got the green light after an hour. I turned it on, a small voice said BATTERY FULL. I turned it on and after about 15 minutes it said BATTERY AT 50% and then went off again after a while. We assume he has a bad battery. Maybe my ears are too sweaty.
