Good at first, better with headphones

Update 12/10/20: After 6 months these headsets no longer work for ANYONE in my office. I haven't used mine very often (maybe once a month) and the mic has stopped working. Pretty bum. With our new teleconferencing workload of 8 hours a day, this has been a lifesaver! They have an audio jack that works with our computers and mobile phones and is very convenient. They also shipped quickly and were cheaper than many of the other brands we reviewed. Excellent purchase!
