Good product, bad seller
When I received my laptop I was thrilled. Unfortunately, the excitement didn't last long as the laptop itself didn't hold a charge. I asked for a replacement and the seller refused, who opted for a refund instead. I have agreed and returned the product. It's been 2 weeks and I received my refund today expecting them to cut it $700 due to the 'inconvenience fee'. So basically I spent all that money on a supposedly great gaming system that can't charge a seller who takes your money for THEIR mistake. I would definitely stay away from this seller if I were you. Don't give $700 because you know Revain won't help you as a consumer.
