Fits well. If you're between sizes, I'll probably go down. I'm 5ft 5in, 125lbs, wear a size 27 and medium size. If it didn't have adjustable shoulder straps, he would need a small one. I didn't like the extra straps so I just took them off and made a tank top with straps :) Awesome tiny yellow polka dot bikini for teens. Definitely cocky if that's what you're into
