They also started investigating why my item was covered in scratches. I really appreciate companies like this because they care about their customers. When my mom got her iPad a week ago, I gave her mine and ordered another one for me. Unfortunately, it was covered in scratches. Today I noticed that the one I gave her also started itching. It looks like the matte film is peeling off. I would like to return both but my returns window is closed for the first time and I will be returning the one I just received. It's definitely not worth 20 euros. I will order another brand for my mom and I. Too bad because I loved the matte look.
