Is Zagg a real company?

So I bought it about 3 months ago. The company states a 1-year warranty. I registered my product the day I received it. I've had problems with the Zagg keyboard in the past and couldn't solve it because the purchase wasn't registered. According to my keyboard documentation, it should be charged about every 2 years with normal use. I think I use it normally. And I charge my keyboard at least once a month. I want to use this product. It literally grew out of my desire for electronics to support my iPad. I want to use a backlit flip case with a working keyboard. That's what I want and that's what this product is for. My problem now is that my product is suddenly NOT eligible for a warranty exchange. I dug a little deeper and the product is no longer listed on the Zagg website so I'm pretty sure if they don't have this item they can't replace it. So, I'm coming to you, Revane. Dear review readers. Is Zagg a real company or, like so many other things, a Chinese freight forwarder? I mean, you see the product at Best Buy or here or at Target, but what's the point of a guarantee if you don't honor it?
