Wanted to keep this one, but the pole connector for the two vertical poles was not processed correctly and the second pole could not be connected. When I called to ask if they could send me a replacement plug. I was contacted by a support agent who was probably working from home. When she answered the call it sounded like I automatically turned on the speakerphone and she was using a very poor mic. Had to put up with some loud background noise (feedback?). In any case, they wanted to send me a replacement part that would only arrive in 2 or 3 business days. If a company gets it wrong they have to pay for overnight shipping, but that's not an option, so I returned the stand.
