The title pretty much sums it up. I bought an iPad for a specific purpose and decided I needed a case. I've never owned an iPad before, so I didn't want to spend a lot of money to protect it. After looking through many variations of the iPad 7 10.2, I found this one. I bought the black one and it has a solid construction. The back is shaped to fit the iPad snugly. There seems to be a good bond connecting it to the front cover. Both are made of vinyl, which feels almost like rubber. The front cover can be adjusted in a number of ways, giving you an adjustable stand. The front cover also has a couple of magnets, similar to a thin fridge magnet, that help the cover hold its shape and close securely. What surprised me was the front cover. When it's open, my iPad turns on. I'm not sure if this is normal on an iPad or if the magnets in the lid have anything to do with it, but it's a nice feature for me. I would recommend this case if you are unsure of what to buy. The price was right and delivered quickly.
