.dose of product do not remove makeup

If I could I would give zero stars for this rubbish. That may all sound good as advertised, but this liquid yogurt dose doesn't really remove makeup. It's very oily and I used about 2 teaspoons from its tiny jar. Then, using circular motions, I tried to soften the makeup. It didn't even break through, but rattled loose yellow substance all over it. I didn't see anything in the sink when I washed off all the grease. I used another Bioderma Sensibio H2O makeup remover (which is amazing btw) to get rid of the residue. The picture shows how much makeup was left on my face after washing my face with So So CoCo Makeup Remover.
