I'm obsessed with these massagers. I have this one and another, oval shaped, that lays flat and is a bit more expensive. The price for this little car is great. I also love all the great options like heating, being able to change the speed and direction of the massager. However, I didn't feel like it was as versatile or as strong as the larger, flatter one I had. I get tight shoulders and have found that this massager stops or really slows down when it hits those areas while my other massager keeps working. So I guess the motor on this one isn't quite as powerful. I also find the arrangement of the massage balls a bit cumbersome, as they protrude and are at an angle. It seems to work for the shoulder and neck most of the time, but after using it on the back. After a few days I noticed my back was sore and bruised. It just doesn't fit in the right area. Another thing is that sometimes I get nauseous when it hits the wrong area near the neck. So be careful and wise in its use! Overall I like this massager, it just has limitations.
