I love my husband very much but he has had a bad habit of magazine hoarding for YEARS! It's driving me insane, so I came up with a solution. Anyway, I was looking for an ottoman so decided on one for storage. Whatever magazines he wants to keep, he can keep them on this ottoman. When it's full it gets rid of a few. He keeps his magazines and they are kept out. The ottoman is a 15 x 15 x 15 (inch) foldable model when fully extended. The fabric is durable and pleasant to the touch, and the legs are made from beautiful, rich-looking walnut. The lid is removable, wrapped in MDF and sewn with the same linen fabric. The lid can be turned over and used as a coffee table. He loves reading his magazines and drinking coffee so this is a really great solution for him/us. I didn't buy it to sit on, but it says it can be used to sit on. I personally wouldn't bet on it. I'd say if it's a child or smaller adult (maybe 120 pounds or less) then it should be fine. My mom is 100 pounds and we got her to sit on it and everything was fine. At the same time, it has beautiful color, looks amazing in our space, and is multifunctional.
