Revainrating 5 out of 5

Works great as long as it doesn't irritate - I've had it for 4 months.

So far I've only tried deodorant with a leather scent and I'm thrilled! I'm a girl who was always very sweaty and I live in a hot and humid climate 9 months out of the year (why do I live in this place?!). Although I sweat a lot, which is good, half the time I don't smell bad. But if I spend enough time outdoors, getting dirty and working in this heat, which I do quite often, I'm quite mature. So when I tried Sam's and it really worked well with my chemistry, I was in love. It was an affair that lasted about 4 months before irritation set in. Mind you, I started wearing it in the summer and stopped wearing it in the winter, so towards the end I used it less. I thought maybe I had an infected batch or something - no. I stopped using deodorant for a few weeks to give my armpits time to heal. The first day after the break, when I dressed Sam, he immediately became very irritated again. I'm not 100% sure, but I think it's the baking soda. It builds up and does what everyone has mentioned here, it starts irritating the skin and clogging the pores. I've never had this problem before with any other product I've used. I'm terribly disappointed because I really liked it! I'm not allergic to nut products, coconut oil, or baking soda, so the level of irritation came as a surprise to me. It's also a terribly uncomfortable place where it's inflamed, swollen, and itchy. So sad no more sam.
