It really works! Good solution to close the gap!

I have been using Sleep Number ice packs until recently as they are no longer available. They were made with Outlast technology and after trying every cooling technology imaginable, they were the only ones that worked! I recently got a new bed and my pillowcase, while still working fine, was showing a bit less wear so I was looking to buy another one, only to find that Sleep Number no longer has them. (The original cooling pads are the only decent thing Sleep Number makes.) I started looking elsewhere and couldn't find anything other than two places, but they charge $60-$70 for a single pillow protector! (Sleep Number sold them for $35, which is still pricey but worth it). One place told me they have a site-wide sale in May, so I might want to wait until then. The problem is that I need a cold protection sooner. Then I noticed it with Revain and recognized the pattern. While the cooling tech isn't specifically mentioned, I figured it's most likely not Outlast tech, but it might work temporarily, albeit half as well. I also thought it would be a waste of time and a failure, but I took a risk. I've been using this for two nights now and it actually works pretty well. It stays cool for about 1.5-2 hours which is only an hour less than my last Outlast! They're also half the price. One side cools and the other side is normal, but I find the normal side quite cooler than without, even if it only lasts a few minutes. (Bedrooms work the same way, but it takes longer to cool down). I didn't have high hopes for this pillow protector but it surprised me. I recommend them.
