This monitor arm was something of an opportunity for me, so many companies sell them that I don't recognize and all at comparable prices. This is the style I was looking for, which is a clip mount, but I was surprised that it came with a grommet mount and other style options - I should have read the specs more carefully. Installation is very easy and actually allowed me to uniquely attach the mount to the metal table I had which didn't leave me the clearance I needed at the back for the clamp mount. Thanks to the two-piece screw-on design, I was able to attach both pieces to the table through a small rod and then screw them together - unusual, but it worked! Cable routing, adjustability and overall durability are great. My only complaint isn't really with this monitor arm, but with monitor shake. The plate that attaches to your monitor and then slides over your wrist has a gap, essentially a small guide, that it slides into. It's not tight and can definitely cause some wobbling, especially if your monitor is heavy and your desk is light (like mine). Keystrokes can cause uncomfortable tremors and I don't see a way to avoid this. Unfortunately, the basic monitor stand I have is just as bad, so it's just an issue I have to live with. I definitely recommend it for the price, it's about as good as you could ask for in this class of product. .
