Tripod broke on one of the tripod legs in less than 6 uses and 1 month and 1 year from date of purchase. During the year, Revain did not issue a refund for the product and offered to contact MEEDEN. After clarifying the situation with MEEDEN they offered to replace the leg but then after 4 exchanges of letters back and forth with photos, a check etc they said they wouldn't replace it again because. a year and a month passed. I had a French easel that lasted 30 years, but the MEEDEN easel didn't even survive 6 trips in 1 year (and yes, a month!). You only know the quality of a company when something goes wrong. Most likely the tripod leg broke from the extra weight of the box.
