I was attracted by the printer's low price, but the ink cartridges cost a fortune (the aforementioned editorial review Dies). The low yield per ink cartridge will make you buy cartridges very often, for me it was every three or four months and the total cost for two cartridges was about $90 not including regular cartridges so the printer definitely wasn't worth it . Cartridges can be refilled, but there are other problems with it. Print quality is okay, but with such a large printer market, there's no reason to settle for that. Now I'm looking for a new printer and will definitely not buy a Lexmark again.
