price. I paid almost $18 with free shipping and haven't found anything comparable since. I also have AO coolers and haven't done an ice melting test, but this one seems to be on par with them in terms of cooling. It works well and is a good size to hold drinks and snacks (or lunch) throughout the day. The cooler itself hasn't leaked, but don't lean that over your shoulder! Cold water will flow out of the flash :) Speaking of the flash, that's my biggest complaint. Overall it's better quality than my other softwall coolers (AO brand) BUT it only opens on one side. With AO, they meet in the center or off-center where they are easily accessible with one hand. You have to zip/unpack this completely to the edge. This usually involves two-handed opening, and this is next to impossible when the corners are buckled. I usually leave the zipper partially open for easier access. Unless you need to bend into corners or get drinks with one hand (e.g. in a car or kayak) zippers aren't a problem, but for me I definitely prefer other fridges for that reason. Zipper issues or not I am still very happy with my purchase and would definitely repeat it (and the extras) for what I paid but at the same price as AO I would choose another because of the zipper.
